What will you be working on? What is the problem you will be solving?

You will working on a 0-1 workflow product that caters to large enterprise clients. This product, built on top of Belong’s core AI tech, powers recruitment agencies increase their efficiency and build candidate relationships. You will own building a truly global enterprise product from India and hence the challenge is massive. You will working closely with engineering, design, data science, platform and customer facing teams to ship features that solve real user problems. On an average day you’d be breaking down user problems, creating roadmaps, prioritizing with the team, running daily stand-ups, looking at customer issues, interacting with customers and collaborating with engineers, designers, customer success manager to help create value.

What specific skills and traits should this person possess?

  • Zero to One Product person
  • Co-founder mentality – Whatever it takes for a customer’s success – Filling forms, cold calling, work on weekends, etc.
  • Customer obsession – Must have stories where she/he went beyond to help customers
  • 2+ Years of Product Experience in non-structured environment
  • Willing to live in customer’s office (when needed) to understand user thoroughly
  • Analytical mindset and expertise with excel and SQL; some basic knowledge of statistics and A/B testing will be helpful
  • Powerpoint is a must
  • People’s person – knows how to interact and build relationships across all teams and with customers
  • Some sales experience will be beneficial

Round 3 - Technical round which will again consist on evaluation and discussion

Round 4 - CTO round which will consist of discussion and technical

Round 5 - Cultural round 1 with one of the Belongers

Round 6 - Cultural round 2 with one of the Belongers
