ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- You’ll be responsible for both product development and business of our innovative general and non-life insurance
- products, that aims to revolutionize customer experience in the insurance ecosystem, by offering insurance as a simplified B2C product with a focus on customer centricity
- You’ll define product vision, and own the complete product life-cycle road-map from conceptualization, release to scaling,
- and drive the development of product features across multiple platforms (Android, iOS, mobile and desktop web-based)
- Through our products, you’ll enable the full stack of general insurance by building the customer journeys, and unlock
- maximum value by drawing synergies between newly developed products with existing infrastructure
- You’ll work with the group companies to develop product features in line with the core commerce platforms and coordinate with other Fintech products like Future Pay, LivQuik etc. to integrate customer journeys across platforms
- Additionally, you’ll drive the growth of the business and develop strategic partnerships within the Insurance ecosystem
- (Insurance companies, third-party enablers) to make insurance a reality to 2.5 million customers over next 4 years You’ll
- create India’s largest health data platform by leveraging Future Group’s consumer data and its larger Fintech ecosystem. You’ll glean critical insights from the data gathered to incorporate customer intelligence into product and business road-maps
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- You’ll bring your product management knowledge, new-age dynamism, entrepreneurial abilities to accomplish results
while working in high-pressure environment with continually evolving business and product priorities
- Your understanding of the insurance and consumer ecosystems, and the regulations, compliance and legalities of general and non-life insurance in India
- Your knowledge and experience incorporating customer centricity in building product and managing the development of products in a customer facing environment, especially the mobile app-based ones
- Your experience in leading high-functioning team of project managers, and effectively managing multiple competing
product priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines
- Your ability to work with other group companies and products (Future Pay, LivQuik, Commerce) to strategize, implement and execute short term and long term product and business roadmaps
