ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- As the Growth Officer, you’ll work asynchronously across key activity areas of Future Pay and as a cross-functional catalyst, you’ll drive quality member growth by blending online channels and offline stores
- You’ll identify new consumer need use cases to make Future Pay more meaningful for our members and lead marketing efforts across channels (digital, in-app and offline) to establish its brand and positioning
- You’ll create powerful engagement and buying experiences for Future Pay members across multiple platforms and channels (online and offline)
- Through Future Pay, you’ll expand overall member engagement and activity in the Future Group ecosystem, by incorporating consumer-specific intelligence into various campaigns and promotions
- You’ll work with key stakeholders across Executive Management, Business and Technology teams to increase member consumption in the ecosystem and leverage store presence to build a scalable digital business
- You’ll determine the metrics that will define business and operational success and constantly track such metrics to fine-tune product and business offerings
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- You’ll bring your expertise in driving growth, new-age dynamism, entrepreneurial abilities to accomplish results while working in high-pressure and fast-paced environment with continually evolving business and product priorities
- Your understanding of the fintech ecosystem and the regulations, compliance and legalities of Digital Commerce in India
- Your ability to develop a long-term vision, to challenge the status quo in order to discover new pathways to growth, and to look for opportunities across all customer segments, consumer experiences and geographies
- Your understanding of consumer behaviour and operational dynamics in a blended/multi-channel loyalty platform and subscription programs
- Your ability to work with cross functional teams (Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Operations) across the group to strategize, implement and execute short term and long term product and business roadmaps
