Director of Marketing
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll have end-to-end Ownership of brand category (oil, soap, bodywash, rice, dal etc)
- You’ll drive overall marketing (online, offline, blended) campaigns for brand sales
- You’ll Identify multiple cross selling, collaboration and upselling opportunities with other FG brands too.
- You’ll formulate and own go-to-market strategy, Inventory management, Order Management and other key metrics for responsible category
- You’ll lead a small team for executing some of these key initiatives
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Your expertise in creating a brand marketing experience that helps maximize revenue growth and profitability
- Your experience in brand management while working in Startup/ Ecommerce/ FMCG marketing roles
- Your experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, leading the strategic planning and execution of the marketing plans by leveraging key consumer insights and competition benchmarking
- Your passion towards food and associated brands, your hands-on approach, self-starter nature and ability to work independently
- Your detail-oriented, excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and communication skills
