Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Work Experience: 8+ Years
  • Configuring and maintaining S8800 & DL360 Media Servers.
  • Configuring and maintaining Media Gateways (G650) & (G450).
  • Configuring and maintaining Cards like CLAN, DS1, IP Media Processor, IPSI and VAL etc.
  • In depth knowledge on Call vectoring, Trunks and CTI
  • Upgrading the Cards to New available firmware version.
  • Maintaining & troubleshooting of the voice mail
  • Maintaining & Troubleshooting of Avaya Call Management System (CMS).
  • Generating reports in Avaya CMS.
  • Rebooting the CMS.
  • Working experience of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) in the call centers.
  • Configuring, Maintaining and Trouble shooting of Vectors, VDNs, Trunk groups, Hunt groups.
  • Generating the BCMS reports.
  • Good Knowledge on Avaya Session Manager and System manager
  • Installing tools like Avaya site administration, CMS supervisor, IP VAL Manager, etc.
  • Administration & Trouble shooting of Verint Voice Logger and Screen Recorder.
  • Creating & managing announcements.
  • VOIP, H.323 Protocol, SIP, Audio Codecs Alaw , Mulaw and G.7XX Series.
  • Maintaining & troubleshooting of the IP 4610, 4620, 1616 phones.
  • Configuring, Maintaining and Trouble shooting of AES.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Avaya Experience Portal (AVP) & Cisco CVP .
  • Brief knowledge of SBC and SS7 Gateways.
  • Experienced in installation and administration of Avaya, Media Gateways, Avaya AES for Unified communications, Avaya CMS
  • Experience in Network & Voice domain in IT
  • Prioritize daily tasks and manage critical issues and situations
  • Hands on experience in implementing Avaya Voice Technology solutions - Telephony and Contact Center Technologies and good experience in administration, maintenance and monitoring of Avaya Voice solution, application and services
  • In depth knowledge of Voice Telephony (Legacy and IPT) of Avaya, Voice Mails, Contact Center, Unified Communication.
  • Responsible for configuration, integration, implementation and operational support of Voice solutions (VOIP and Legacy PBX).
  • Responsible to develop new call flows and implement those in the system

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science with a minimum of 8 years of experience
