Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 8 to 11+ years of experience in CCT Operations Management
  • Manages business operations across CCT with knowledge on Avaya Red Product Suite
  • Overall quality and cost-effective service and operations delivery for Business.
  • Complete CCT operational ownership of all LoB’s of Bharti Airtel
  • Managing the technical/service delivery relationship with the Business.
  • Handle end to end service delivery for CCT Avaya Red solution along with its Product Suite knowledge
  • Manages Escalation communication and Governance issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent project management skills,
  • Strong Excel skills, Key understanding of the voice of the business?
  • Proven experience in dealing with global business satisfaction program


  • Managing the day-to-day work of the maintenance delivery team in accordance with the SLA’s.
  • Reviewing change request approval and then implementation of these activities.?
  • Coordinating with Change, Incident management team for smooth execution of change and earlier resolution of incidents.?
  • Managing operation resources and ensuring overall stability of the CCT domain stack
  • Engaging with implementation teams developing, reviewing and finalizing the implementation plans for new projects, and achieving approval for opportunities. Supporting delivery resources and ensuring that qualified internal and contractor resources are in place to meet program or other goals according to plan.
  • Conducting and participating in readiness reviews, service reviews
  • Take and own the business satisfaction scores Monitoring, measuring and improving overall Business satisfaction through process improvement, resource improvement and other steps, either directly or through escalation.
  • Managing risk and impact of Business change requests and identifying service implications.
  • Developing proactive business satisfaction programs
  • Overall Account ownership and accountability

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computers Engineering or comparable experience
