B2B Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Sales. Our goal is to significantly increase our B2B revenue, with a focus on several verticals relying heavily on document management. To achieve this, we are about to introduce innovative business-focused features and products; we are also beefing up our B2B sales team and creating a dedicated B2B Sales Manager role to generate demand and awareness with businesses. You know how to attract clients ? You understand B2B lead generation via relevant Sales programs? Then you’re the person we’re looking for. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new strategic partnerships, using consultative and solutions sales techniques
  • Service and grow existing partnerships
  • Understand and articulate core values and attributes of the association and align with partner values and goals Work collaboratively with internal teams and external business partners to create custom, long-term relationships that generate multi-year revenue streams
  • Work closely with department Team Leader on long-term sales goals and strategies
  • Align partner programs with key strategic priorities of association
  • Track sales activity in CRM Regularly report on pipeline, account development and program execution

Requirements and attributes

  • Relevant sales or business development-related account management experience, preferably in B2B
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and focus on execution
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex (custom) programs/campaignsCollaborative skills in working with other department staff and volunteers
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
