Introduction:

Airtel Business is embarking on a BSS digital transformation involving a catalog driven architecture, a cross-market, omni-channel quote and order capture, orchestrated order management, a cutting-edge billing platform and CRM platform. The aim of this transformation is to provide our enterprise customers with best value bundled deals, rapid fulfillment, timely and accurate billing and enable us to take 5G, IoT and M2M services to our enterprise customers faster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map the functionality, business rules and key data entities of the existing Oracle eCRM system
  • Map the "To-Be" processes, workflows and functionality of the lead and opportunity management module, case management module, bill inquiry, customer 360 view, e-bonding and integrations.
  • Arrange workshops with customer experience, resolution desk, network team leads in B2B to gather their pain points and features ask-list
  • Document the processes in swimlane diagrams, data dictionary, sequence diagrams, business rules repository, etc.
  • Prioritize the ask-list into a neat product backlog
  • Work with the new Siebel CRM system vendor for by leading requirements gathering workshops, and over-seeing solution design, delivery plan for migration to the new Siebel CRM system
  • Review the requirements, solution design, and delivery plan
  • If needed run the RFP process to select the new Siebel CRM implementation vendor
  • Work with the Siebel CRM implementation vendor to lead the complete migration of CRM from the legacy Oracle eCRM to Siebel CRM
  • Plan migration and deployments to ensure seamless cutover
  • Raise risks and blockers to reporting manager and B2B CIO to ensure collaborative problem solving and quick resolutions of blockers and mitigation of risks
  • Post implementation, manage the handover to Ops as well as manage the CRM feature backlog prioritization with business and regular release cycle with the vendor

Desired Experience:

  • Significant experience with Siebel CRM
  • Significant experience in Telecom B2B domain
  • Overall IT experience of 6-8 years
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good documentation skills: swimlane diagrams, interaction diagrams, sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams, business rules, project plan preparation, GANTT charts, etc.
  • Good team player
