While JD Scanner automatically converted Job Descriptions into a pool of relevant, skilled candidates, Belong Picks analyzed Tavant’s past and current employee data to recommend candidates most similar to their high-performers.

Belong’s Adaptive Search continuously analyzed each recruiter’s shortlisting habits to detect similarities among the candidates selected, including work history, universities and skills. Even as Tavant’s recruiters discovered top talent on the Belong platform, they needed an eective way to increase engagement and interest rates from the candidates.
